Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings are final. Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded by Guided Care Tours.
- Refunds from us: If you cancel 10 or more days before your scheduled departure, we will refund only the portion of your payment that covers our service fees.
- Providers’ policies: Refunds for doctor fees, hotel accommodations, or other third-party services are handled solely by the providers. Any such refunds are at the discretion of the providers and are not guaranteed.
- Cancellations within 10 days of departure are not refundable.
