2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Follow all instructions and requirements from healthcare providers.
Confirm and comply with travel, visa, and vaccination requirements.
Understand that medical procedures carry inherent risks and assume responsibility for your choices.

3. Provider Responsibilities

Doctors, clinics, and hotels are independent providers. We are not liable for their actions, services, or any outcomes. Any disputes or claims related to medical care or accommodations must be addressed with the provider directly.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments made through our platform cover our service fees and/or provider services as specified at booking.
Refunds for our service fees may be available if you cancel 10 or more days before departure.
Provider fees (doctors, hotels, or other third parties) are subject to the provider’s cancellation and refund policies.

5. No Warranty

Our website and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or results of any medical or travel services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guided Care Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of our services, including medical procedures, travel, or accommodations.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid to us for our service fees.

7. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
