Guided Care Tours acts solely as a travel coordinator connecting clients with independent medical providers, accommodations, and transportation services abroad. I understand that Guided Care Tours is not a medical provider and does not guarantee medical outcomes or results. I acknowledge that all travel carries risks, including flight delays, illness, injury, loss, or unforeseen events. I accept these risks and release Guided Care Tours, its agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the tour or related activities. I agree to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance for my trip.
I understand Guided Care Tours is a coordinator, not a medical provider. I accept all inherent travel and medical tourism risks. I release Guided Care Tours from liability related to my trip. I agree to maintain travel and medical insurance coverage.
I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all government import and prescription medication laws in both my home and destination countries. Guided Care Tours does not import, sell, or distribute medications. I agree to review the official list of restricted substances provided by the relevant government authorities. I understand that violation of these regulations may result in confiscation, fines, or legal consequences, for which Guided Care Tours bears no responsibility.

Guided Care Tours does not serve or supply alcohol. If I choose to consume alcohol during my trip, I do so at my own discretion and risk. I agree to maintain responsible behavior and follow tour guidelines. I understand that Guided Care Tours is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal issues resulting from alcohol or substance use. I acknowledge that failure to comply with conduct expectations may result in removal from tour activities without refund.
